Australia

Surf, Sun, Sea and Sand is what usually comes to mind when thinking of Australia and this is often why the country is on many peoples holiday wish lists.

The continent and largest Island county in the world is home to some of the worlds most unique animals including the Kangaroo, Koala bear and Tasmanian devil, all of which are exclusive to Australia. Not only home to some of the strangest land mammals and marsupials the country is also host to some of the most fearsome of animals, reptiles and arachnids including almost all of the worlds deadliest snakes, giant salt water crocodiles and a selection of the smallest but deadliest spiders. The coastal waters are also favored hunting of one of the top aquatic predators, the great white shark.

Australia can also lay claim to having the largest coral reef on earth within its realm with the Great Barrier Reef. Extending some 2000 km along the north eastern coast of Queensland in the Coral Sea the reef attracts millions of visitors a year. Although protected the reef offers divers and snorkelers the opportunity to see one of the largest concentrations of reef fish in the world often in very shallow waters.
